Rapid & Antibody COVID Testing

Thank you for choosing Dilworth Drug and Wellness Center for your COVID testing needs. Currently we offer the three COVID testing options listed below. Unfortunately, we are unable to order At-Home COVID tests and do NOT have them in stock. Also, because we are not considered a medical provider, we are unable to bill your medical insurance for COVID testing, so all costs must be out-of-pocket.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and recommend you visit the Official CovidTests.gov website to order your free at-home tests or search the NCDHHS Website to locate a testing site near you. We hope to serve you in the near future with the options that we do offer!

COVID-19 RAPID ANTIGEN TEST

During a Rapid Antigen appointment you will be tested to determine if you have an active case of COVID-19. We use a nasal swab to collect the specimen and results are ready within 15 minutes. Appointments available Mon-Sat.

COVID-19 RAPID PCR TEST

The molecular PCR is the gold standard for testing. At this appointment you will be tested to determine if you have an active case of COVID-19. We use a nasal swab to collect the specimen and results are ready within 60 minutes.

COVID-19 ANTIBODY TEST

This test is an antibody test. It will help assess if you have antibodies to the virus that causes COVID-19. An antibody test may not be able to show if you have a current infection, because it can take 1-3 weeks after infection to make antibodies.
